Certificate Program Registration

The Community Health Ministry certificate training consists of three courses with integrated practice assignments. The total cost of the certificate is US$750. You will automatically be enrolled in the each subsequent course. You are able to pause your training but will need to wait until the next cohort to restart.

Once you have completed the application, you will receive a welcome email from Wisconsin Lutheran College with further instructions on how to access the courses in Canvas. Each cohort will be capped at 20 students to maximize the learning and engagement with the instructors.
