THE PAUL & LINDA OSWALD SCHOLARSHIP

The purpose of the Paul & Linda Oswald Scholarship is to support, acknowledge, encourage, and promote incoming freshmen students who demonstrate a commitment to leadership in serving others and have financial need.

Candidates must meet the following criteria for consideration:

Must be accepted as an incoming freshman for the Fall 2024 semester.
Must have financial need.
Must submit a short essay demonstrating a commitment to leadership in serving others, which includes a description of how this scholarship award would specifically impact them as an individual.

Applications will be reviewed by a representative of the WLC financial aid committee who will present selected candidates to the Director of Financial Aid.

Recipients will receive a $3,000.00 scholarship (non-renewable) that will be awarded for their freshman year at Wisconsin Lutheran College.
