Students must meet one of the following academic requirements to be accepted into the dual credit Foundations program to be verified by the student's high school:

1. Rank in the upper 25% of his/her class
2. Have a GPA of 3.25 or higher (on a 4.00 scale)
3. Have a cumulative ACT Score of 24 or higher

The undersigned hereby certifies that the information provided above is accurate and complete and agrees to comply with the current policies and regulations pertaining to the academic and social life of Wisconsin Lutheran College students as stated in the college catalog, Wisconsin Lutheran College - Modern Campus Catalog™. Wisconsin Lutheran College credits are accepted by other colleges/universities. A grade of 'C' or better is typically required for credits to transfer. Please check with your intended college/university regarding specific transfer credit policies.
