Logo Feedback

Please complete the following form to provide your feedback on the three logo options provided in the emailed PDF attachment.

I would encourage you to provide your preferred logo option based on an instinctual reaction, as that is how it is most likely to be perceived by the public. For this same reason, we are not providing additional context to potential symbolism within any of the logo options, but could provide that context later. Finally, as you contemplate and evaluate further, provide your feedback on each logo individually, followed by your final ratings of the three logo options.

We will not likely find unanimous consensus among all respondents, but the rankings and feedback will be helpful in determining the best option and any refinements that may be necessary prior to finalization.

If possible, we'd appreciate form completion by 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 15.

We kindly ask that you do not share or discuss the logo options outside of the feedback group (those who received the feedback email).
